##### Location description and benefits

Yiti is a picturesque coastal area in Oman located a short distance from Muscat. Known for its pristine beaches, dramatic rocky cliffs, and clear turquoise waters, the area offers a tranquil environment surrounded by rugged mountains. Its natural setting provides opportunities for outdoor activities such as hiking, swimming, and picnicking.

Yiti is developing as a destination for luxury tourism, with plans for high-end resorts and residential communities aimed at attracting both local and international visitors. Yiti Beach is one of the area's key attractions, offering soft sands and a peaceful environment away from busier tourist destinations.

The area's proximity to Muscat provides convenient access to the capital while allowing Yiti to maintain a more secluded atmosphere. The route to the area offers scenic views of the coastline and mountains, while the ongoing development of tourism infrastructure is expected to further enhance its role as a destination in Oman while maintaining its natural character and ecological significance.
