Key Terms of the Joint Venture:

1. Investment Requirement

2. Equity Share

We project significant revenue and profit growth over the next 10 years. The financial forecast is as follows:

4. Return on Investment (ROI)
Profits will be distributed annually based on the projected profitability, with your company receiving 40% of the net profits. The initial investment is expected to be fully recovered by Year 3, unless otherwise agreed upon. This provides a clear and predictable timeline for the return on investment.
